Most mainstream doctors seem to dismiss out of hand the idea that there is any link between vitiligo and nutrition. My own experience of re-pigmenting as a result of taking nutritional supplements has been ample proof to me of the connection between the two. It's good to see that the Vitiligo Society also addresses the subject. For centuries common sense and experience have taught us that you are what you eat. I wonder why it is that modern, western medicine has lost touch with this concept. Could it possibly be anything to do with the influence of the lucrative drugs industry? Or am I just a cynic?!!!
